Pictogram Design

Construction guidelines keep every icon aligned with the system.

• Build from simple rectangles, circles, and lines aligned to the 24 px grid.
• Use 2 px strokes at 24 px and 1.5 px at 16 px.
• Use 0 px corners for structural icons and 2 px corners for human-facing or container icons.
• The E-square three-bar motif may appear as a structural element but must not be distorted.
• Use fills only when necessary; outlined icons are the default.
• Each icon should map to a single action, object, or concept.
